Our students across Malaysia need experienced SPM Chemistry teachers, and you can teach them from Sarawak. Lessons are online and one to one, freelance and part-time, from RM50/hr depending on experience and availability.
Teaching from Sarawak
Whether you are in a city or a small town in Sarawak, the work is identical. Choose your town below or send your application now.
Sarawak is Malaysia’s largest state, spread along the Borneo coast from Kuching to Sibu, Bintulu and Miri.
Living in Sarawak is no obstacle, because every lesson happens over video. You teach from your own desk, and the student joins from theirs, wherever they are in Malaysia.
Because lessons run online, your location in Sarawak only matters for one thing: a quiet room and a steady connection. Everything else, from notes to past-year questions, is shared on screen.
The work
Some students want to rescue a weak foundation; others are aiming for an A. One-to-one lessons let you teach both well, because the plan is built for one person.
There is no minimum timetable set on this page; your availability shapes the work. Tell us your days and times, and we take it from there on WhatsApp.
The teaching is focused: SPM Chemistry for Form 4 and 5, one student per lesson, in English. You bring the explanations and exam know-how, and we bring the students.
The timetable is built around the slots you give us, not the other way round. Change in your circumstances later? Tell us on WhatsApp and we adjust.
What we look for
- Experience teaching SPM / KSSM Chemistry
- Familiarity with the current syllabus (SPM 4541) and Papers 1, 2 and 3
- Clear English, the language of our lessons
- A quiet space, a reliable connection and a device with a camera
How to apply
Tell us about your teaching in the WhatsApp message: subjects, levels, experience, availability and your expected hourly rate. Your CV comes next, in the same chat.
