These Terms explain how our service works. By enquiring about or booking lessons with spmchemistry.com.my (“we”, “our”, “us”), you agree to them. spmchemistry.com.my is an online SPM Chemistry tutoring service whose experienced teachers teach Form 4 and Form 5 students one-to-one.
Our service
We arrange online, 1-to-1 SPM Chemistry lessons taught in English, aligned to the KSSM Chemistry syllabus (4541) and its Papers 1, 2 and 3. Lessons are delivered over video call at times agreed between you and the teacher. Lessons are delivered by our experienced teachers.
Trial and fees
Our lessons start from RM50 per hour. New students begin with a paid one-hour trial lesson so the student and teacher can see whether they are a good fit before committing further. The trial is a normal paid lesson, not a free session. Fees, session length and any package are agreed with you before lessons begin, and we will always tell you the price before you commit.
Booking, rescheduling and cancellation
Lessons are booked by agreement. If you need to reschedule or cancel a lesson, let us know as early as you can on WhatsApp so we can offer the slot to another student. We ask for reasonable notice; specific notice periods for any package are explained to you when you book.
What we can and cannot promise
We provide experienced teaching, structured lessons and honest feedback. We cannot promise a particular SPM grade or examination result, because results depend on the student’s own effort, attendance and circumstances. Any statement on this site about grades, techniques or outcomes is general guidance, not a promise of results.
Your responsibilities
For lessons to work, the student needs a stable internet connection, a quiet place to study, and the willingness to do the agreed practice between lessons. Where the student is under 18, a parent or guardian is responsible for arranging and paying for lessons.
Independence
We are an independent tutoring service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the Ministry of Education Malaysia, Lembaga Peperiksaan, or any school named anywhere on this site. School names are used only to help local students find lessons relevant to their syllabus.
