Teach SPM Chemistry online from Tuaran

Teaching from Tuaran

This posting covers Tuaran and the surrounding Tuaran district in Sabah. If you live nearby but not in Tuaran itself, apply anyway and tell us your town.

The nine-storey Ling San Temple pagoda rises over the town, and the old concrete clock tower on Kent Street has watched the main road for more than half a century. Out toward the coast, the Bajau water village of Mengkabong stands on stilts above a tidal estuary, one of the best-known stilt settlements in Sabah, while the Sunday tamu draws villagers in from the hills around Tamparuli.

In a full classroom a single shaky topic slips past easily.

There is no centre to travel to and no fixed classroom in Tuaran. Your commute is the walk to your laptop, which leaves more of your time for teaching itself.

The work

Our students are Form 4 and 5 candidates preparing for SPM Chemistry, and every lesson is one to one. You explain, they try, and you correct in the moment, all in English.

There is no minimum timetable set on this page; your availability shapes the work. Tell us your days and times, and we take it from there on WhatsApp.

Some students want to rescue a weak foundation; others are aiming for an A. One-to-one lessons let you teach both well, because the plan is built for one person.

Part-time here means your hours, not ours. Share your weekly availability in the application and we will only offer lessons that fit it.
