Keningau lies inland, in the broad valley between the Crocker Range and the hills of the interior, and it is one of Sabah's oldest towns. Its very name comes from *koningau*, a local cinnamon tree once collected here and sold as spice, which earned it a reputation as Sabah's cinnamon town.

The work

You teach one student at a time, so every lesson is built around what that student needs next. Expect mole calculations one week and Paper 3 practical answers the next.

School holidays and the months before SPM tend to be busier. If you can offer extra hours then, say so, and keep a lighter load the rest of the year.

You will cover the KSSM Form 4 and 5 chapters and the way SPM papers mark them. Clear explanations and well-chosen practice matter more here than speed.
