Teach SPM Chemistry online from Kudat

Teaching from Kudat

This posting covers Kudat and the surrounding Kudat district in Sabah. If you live nearby but not in Kudat itself, apply anyway and tell us your town.

A short way north of the town, Tanjung Simpang Mengayau, the Tip of Borneo, marks the northernmost point of the island, a rocky headland where the South China Sea meets the Sulu Sea. In a full classroom a single shaky topic slips past easily.

Sabah, on the island of Borneo, is Malaysia’s easternmost state, from Kota Kinabalu to Sandakan, Tawau and the interior.

Because lessons run online, your location in Kudat only matters for one thing: a quiet room and a steady connection. Everything else, from notes to past-year questions, is shared on screen.

Many teachers in Kudat already teach some classes online and like the focus it gives. With us, every lesson works that way, one student at a time.

The work

You teach one student at a time, so every lesson is built around what that student needs next. Expect mole calculations one week and Paper 3 practical answers the next.

You might teach two evenings a week, or most weekday afternoons; both work. Put your real availability in the application so lessons fit your life.

Students come to us for help with the hard parts of SPM Chemistry: the mole, electrochemistry, organic chemistry and Paper 3 practicals. You teach those ideas in English, at the pace one student needs.

The timetable is built around the slots you give us, not the other way round. Change in your circumstances later? Tell us on WhatsApp and we adjust.
