Use your SPM Chemistry experience in Terengganu to teach one student at a time, online. The role is freelance and part-time, paid from RM50/hr according to your experience and availability.
Teaching from Terengganu
Teachers living anywhere in Terengganu can apply here. The towns listed below each have their own posting, but the role is the same across the state.
Terengganu runs along the east coast from Kuala Terengganu and Kuala Nerus down to Kemaman and the oil towns of Kerteh and Paka.
Many teachers in Terengganu already teach some classes online and like the focus it gives. With us, every lesson works that way, one student at a time.
Living in Terengganu is no obstacle, because every lesson happens over video. You teach from your own desk, and the student joins from theirs, wherever they are in Malaysia.
The work
A typical lesson mixes concept teaching with exam questions, taught in English over video. Because it is one to one, you can slow down or speed up for the student in front of you.
You tell us the hours you can teach, and we plan lessons inside them. Many of our teachers fit lessons around school hours, family time or other work.
Some students want to rescue a weak foundation; others are aiming for an A. One-to-one lessons let you teach both well, because the plan is built for one person.
There is no minimum timetable set on this page; your availability shapes the work. Tell us your days and times, and we take it from there on WhatsApp.
What we look for
- Experience teaching SPM / KSSM Chemistry
- Familiarity with the current syllabus (SPM 4541) and Papers 1, 2 and 3
- Clear English, the language of our lessons
- A quiet space, a reliable connection and a device with a camera
