Teach SPM Chemistry online from Kuala Terengganu

Teaching from Kuala Terengganu

Teachers from Kuala Terengganu and across the Kuala Terengganu district of Terengganu can apply here. Your state is prefilled in the message, so just add your details.

Kuala Terengganu sits at the mouth of the Terengganu River where it meets the South China Sea, and its landmarks are unmistakable: the gleaming Crystal Mosque (Masjid Kristal) on the island of Pulau Wan Man, the busy Pasar Payang market where songket and keropok are sold, the old shophouses of Kampung Cina, and Taman Tamadun Islam across the water.

Terengganu runs along the east coast from Kuala Terengganu and Kuala Nerus down to Kemaman and the oil towns of Kerteh and Paka.

A teacher in Kuala Terengganu can have a student in Kuching on Monday and one in Johor Bahru on Wednesday. Online teaching takes the map out of the timetable.

You can be based anywhere in Kuala Terengganu and still teach a full timetable of students. Online lessons mean your students may be in another state entirely.

The work

The teaching is focused: SPM Chemistry for Form 4 and 5, one student per lesson, in English. You bring the explanations and exam know-how, and we bring the students.

You might teach two evenings a week, or most weekday afternoons; both work. Put your real availability in the application so lessons fit your life.

Each lesson is one teacher and one Form 4 or 5 student, working through the KSSM Chemistry syllabus and SPM exam technique. Lessons are taught in English, the language our students sit the paper in.

Freelance means you stay in control of your week. You can grow your hours as you settle in, or keep them light during busy school terms.
