Teach SPM Chemistry online from Simpang Ampat

Teaching from Simpang Ampat

Teachers from Simpang Ampat and across the Seberang Perai Selatan district of Pulau Pinang can apply here. Your state is prefilled in the message, so just add your details.

In the last decade the quiet junction has become one of the busiest corners of Seberang Perai, pulled upward by the Batu Kawan Industrial Park next door, the growth around Bukit Minyak, and its own interchange on the North-South Expressway. The Sultan Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah Bridge, the Second Penang Bridge, lands nearby at Batu Kawan, where Design Village Outlet Mall and a new township have risen on what was farmland.

In a large mixed class it is easy for one shaky topic to slip past unnoticed.

From Simpang Ampat, the only tools you need are a laptop or tablet, a camera and a pen for worked examples. We share questions and notes on screen during the lesson.

The work

Our students are Form 4 and 5 candidates preparing for SPM Chemistry, and every lesson is one to one. You explain, they try, and you correct in the moment, all in English.

Freelance means you stay in control of your week. You can grow your hours as you settle in, or keep them light during busy school terms.

The teaching is focused: SPM Chemistry for Form 4 and 5, one student per lesson, in English. You bring the explanations and exam know-how, and we bring the students.

Evenings and weekends are when most students want lessons, which suits teachers with a day job. If you have daytime slots too, mention them.
