Teach SPM Chemistry online from Kepala Batas

Teaching from Kepala Batas

We list this role for Kepala Batas, in Pulau Pinang’s Seberang Perai Utara district, so local teachers can find it. The work is the same wherever in Pulau Pinang you live.

Kepala Batas is the administrative seat of northern Seberang Perai, a town whose name points to the paddy country around it, flat, fertile land of rice fields, vegetable plots and small plantations stretching out toward the coast.

Penang joins the island of George Town to the mainland at Butterworth and Bukit Mertajam.

There is no centre to travel to and no fixed classroom in Kepala Batas. Your commute is the walk to your laptop, which leaves more of your time for teaching itself.

A teacher in Kepala Batas can have a student in Kuching on Monday and one in Johor Bahru on Wednesday. Online teaching takes the map out of the timetable.

The work

Students come to us for help with the hard parts of SPM Chemistry: the mole, electrochemistry, organic chemistry and Paper 3 practicals. You teach those ideas in English, at the pace one student needs.

You tell us the hours you can teach, and we plan lessons inside them. Many of our teachers fit lessons around school hours, family time or other work.

You will cover the KSSM Form 4 and 5 chapters and the way SPM papers mark them. Clear explanations and well-chosen practice matter more here than speed.

There is no minimum timetable set on this page; your availability shapes the work. Tell us your days and times, and we take it from there on WhatsApp.
