Teach SPM Chemistry online from Johor Bahru

Teaching from Johor Bahru

Johor Bahru sits in the Johor Bahru district of Johor. Teachers living anywhere in the district, or elsewhere in Johor, are welcome to apply.

Johor Bahru is the country's southern gateway, joined to Singapore by the Johor–Singapore Causeway, one of the busiest land crossings in the world. Its landmarks tell the city's story: the Sultan Abu Bakar State Mosque above the strait, the royal Istana Besar, and the historic Sultan Ibrahim Building on the hill.

Johor is Malaysia’s southern gateway, from Johor Bahru on the Singapore border to the towns of Muar, Batu Pahat and Kluang.

Living in Johor Bahru is no obstacle, because every lesson happens over video. You teach from your own desk, and the student joins from theirs, wherever they are in Malaysia.

Because lessons run online, your location in Johor Bahru only matters for one thing: a quiet room and a steady connection. Everything else, from notes to past-year questions, is shared on screen.

The work

Students come to us for help with the hard parts of SPM Chemistry: the mole, electrochemistry, organic chemistry and Paper 3 practicals. You teach those ideas in English, at the pace one student needs.

Part-time here means your hours, not ours. Share your weekly availability in the application and we will only offer lessons that fit it.

Our students are Form 4 and 5 candidates preparing for SPM Chemistry, and every lesson is one to one. You explain, they try, and you correct in the moment, all in English.

There is no minimum timetable set on this page; your availability shapes the work. Tell us your days and times, and we take it from there on WhatsApp.
