Teach SPM Chemistry online from Seremban

Teaching from Seremban

Seremban sits in the Seremban district of Negeri Sembilan. Teachers living anywhere in the district, or elsewhere in Negeri Sembilan, are welcome to apply.

The Negeri Sembilan State Mosque, with its nine-pointed roof standing for the state's nine districts, overlooks the Seremban Lake Gardens at the centre of the city. In busy classes it is easy for one weak topic to go unnoticed until it costs marks.

Negeri Sembilan, with its Minangkabau heritage, runs from Seremban and Port Dickson to Kuala Pilah and Jempol.

Teachers in Seremban often tell us the hardest part of private tuition is the travel between homes. With us that disappears, since each lesson is online and one to one.

You can be based anywhere in Seremban and still teach a full timetable of students. Online lessons mean your students may be in another state entirely.

The work

You teach one student at a time, so every lesson is built around what that student needs next. Expect mole calculations one week and Paper 3 practical answers the next.

School holidays and the months before SPM tend to be busier. If you can offer extra hours then, say so, and keep a lighter load the rest of the year.

Our students are Form 4 and 5 candidates preparing for SPM Chemistry, and every lesson is one to one. You explain, they try, and you correct in the moment, all in English.

Evenings and weekends are when most students want lessons, which suits teachers with a day job. If you have daytime slots too, mention them.
