Online SPM Chemistry Tutor in Kota Kinabalu

We are an independent online tutoring service offering one-to-one SPM Chemistry lessons to students in Kota Kinabalu, the capital of Sabah. Our teachers work with one student at a time, in English, following the KSSM curriculum and DSKP standards, and lessons run from RM50 an hour after a paid one-hour trial.

Kota Kinabalu, KK to everyone who lives there, sits on the Sabah coast in the shadow of Mount Kinabalu, South-East Asia’s towering peak, after which the city was renamed in 1967. Once the colonial town of Jesselton, it keeps landmarks like the Atkinson Clock Tower and Signal Hill, while the modern city gathers along the KK Waterfront and around Gaya Street, with the Sabah Foundation Building rising over Likas Bay.

Its SPM students come from national secondary schools (SMK), long-established mission schools and national-type Chinese secondary schools (SMJK), and study across Malay, English and Chinese.

We teach in English to match the SPM Chemistry paper (subject code 4541), while supporting the Malay and Chinese terms a KK student already uses. We cover Paper 1, Paper 2 and the Paper 3 practical, rehearsing how to identify variables, tabulate readings, plot a graph and write a conclusion that matches the marking scheme, so none of it is new in the exam hall.
