This page sets out, in plain language, how our paid trial works and how we handle rescheduling, cancellation and refunds. We keep these terms fair and simple; anything specific to your lessons is confirmed with you on WhatsApp before you start.
The paid one-hour trial
Every new student begins with a one-hour trial lesson, charged at the teacher’s usual hourly rate, from RM50 an hour. It is a normal paid lesson, not a free session. We tell you the exact rate on WhatsApp before the lesson is booked, so there are no surprises. After the trial you are free to continue or not, with no obligation and no registration step.
Booking and payment
Lessons are booked by agreement on WhatsApp. Payment is arranged directly and simply, per lesson, at the rate confirmed before booking. Where the student is under 18, a parent or guardian arranges and pays for lessons. We do not lock you into long contracts; you decide lesson by lesson or by a package you agree with us.
Rescheduling
Life happens, and lessons sometimes need to move. If you need to reschedule, let us know as early as you can on WhatsApp. With reasonable notice we will move the lesson to another time that suits the student and teacher at no extra charge. We ask for reasonable notice so the teacher’s time can be offered to another student; the specific notice period for any package is explained to you when you book.
Cancellation
You may stop lessons at any time, there is no notice period for simply choosing not to continue. For an individual lesson, please give as much notice as you can if you need to cancel it, so the slot can be reused. A lesson cancelled at very short notice, or a no-show, may be charged, because the teacher had set that time aside; we always apply this reasonably rather than as a penalty, and we will tell you clearly at booking how short-notice cancellations are handled.
Refunds
If you have paid in advance for lessons that have not yet been taught and you decide to stop, we refund the lessons not taken. We do not refund a lesson that has already been delivered, including the trial, because the teaching happened. If anything ever goes wrong with a lesson, message us, we would always rather put it right than leave you unhappy.
