“Experienced teachers only” is a promise, so here is what it means in practice. Every Chemistry teacher on our team meets this standard before they teach a single student.
1. Teaching experience
We look for teachers with a substantial track record of teaching SPM / KSSM Chemistry, typically many years in the classroom.
2. Background and subject knowledge
We confirm the teacher’s subject background and their familiarity with the current KSSM Chemistry syllabus (SPM 4541) and the Paper 1, 2 and 3 format.
3. Interview and a sample lesson
We interview each teacher and review how they actually teach: how they explain a difficult concept, structure an answer, and respond to a student who is stuck.
4. Fit with one-to-one online teaching
Because all lessons are one-to-one and online, we check that a teacher can teach clearly over video, use a shared workspace, and keep a single student engaged.
5. Ongoing review
Vetting does not stop at the start. We listen to parent feedback and continue to review teachers so the standard holds over time.
