From the syllabus to the exam paper
Our lessons follow the KSSM syllabus and the DSKP content standards that the school teaches, so they build on classwork instead of pulling against it. We prepare a student for each of the three papers in turn: the objective questions in Paper 1, the structured and open-ended answers in Paper 2, and the practical skills tested in Paper 3, where the focus is planning a fair investigation, tabulating results, drawing graphs and reasoning to a conclusion the evidence bears out.
Because each topic in Chemistry rests on the ones before it, a weak start in an early chapter, chemical formulae, the mole concept, acids and bases, quietly undermines what follows. Working one to one, a teacher can go back and rebuild that footing without falling behind on the current lessons, then move on to timed questions and the precise language the marking scheme rewards as SPM draws closer.
