Teluk Intan is known across Malaysia for one unmistakable landmark: the Leaning Tower of Teluk Intan. Built in 1885 as a clock tower and water store, its pagoda-style design reflects the town’s long Chinese heritage, and its gentle tilt to the north-west has made it one of the most photographed buildings in the country.
