Jeli sits where the East–West Highway crosses into Kelantan, the road that climbs over the main range from Gerik in Perak and runs on toward the coast, which is why Jeli is often called the western gateway to the East Coast. The town’s best-known landmark is the Jeli campus of Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK), placed on that highway between Jeli and Tanah Merah, alongside Politeknik Jeli.
It is a green district of forest, farmland and river, an agricultural and increasingly an education town. But having a university nearby is not the same as having a specialist SPM Chemistry teacher for a Form 4 or Form 5 student, that kind of subject tutor is still scarce this far inland.

We teach in English, the language of the exam, while keeping the Malay terms a Kelantan student already carries within reach, so an idea such as a mole, an electrolyte or a redox reaction is understood from either side and written down correctly under time pressure.
How the lessons work
Every session is anchored to the KSSM syllabus and DSKP content standards the school teaches, so our lessons reinforce classwork rather than compete with it. We prepare all three papers: the objective questions of Paper 1, the structured and extended answers of Paper 2, and the practical assessment of Paper 3, where we coach planning a fair test, tabulating readings, plotting graphs and drawing conclusions the data supports.
Because Chemistry is cumulative, a one-to-one teacher can return to a weak early topic, chemical formulae, the mole concept, acids and bases, and repair it while keeping pace with current work, then move toward timed practice and precise marking-scheme wording as SPM approaches.
