A Chinese-medium school on the island

George Town is the capital of Pulau Pinang and sits on the northeast corner of the island, a dense old city of narrow streets, shophouses, and a long-settled community. A national-type Chinese secondary school here carries a Chinese-medium tradition while teaching the national curriculum, and its students sit the same SPM examination as every other national and national-type school in the country. Families in George Town often place a high value on strong academic preparation, and a demanding subject like Chemistry is where focused, one-to-one help can make the clearest difference.

One teacher follows a single student’s reasoning closely, spots a misconception the moment it surfaces, and keeps a clear record of strengths and gaps. Each session resumes exactly where the last one finished, so understanding accumulates through the year instead of resetting after every holiday. Nothing is diluted across a full class, and no question has to wait for a turn.

Built on KSSM and DSKP, with a Form 5 focus

Every session is anchored in the KSSM curriculum and the DSKP content standards, the framework the school teaches, so our lessons reinforce classwork. When practical work is in view we coach the Paper 3 science process skills directly: planning a fair test, tabulating readings, plotting and reading graphs, and writing conclusions the data supports. In Form 5, the exam year, a one-to-one teacher can close any gap left from Form 4, the mole concept, salts, or electrochemistry, while keeping up with current chapters, then move to timed questions and precise answer wording as SPM approaches.

Every lesson is taught by one of our own experienced SPM Chemistry teachers. A new student begins with a paid one-hour trial to sit a real lesson, and regular lessons run from RM50 an hour.
